I have applied under NOC 1112.My application was received by Mike on 7th May 2014 .My query is, the duties and responsibilities which I have mentioned under NOC 1112 in my application are a bit different from what they have mentioned on their website www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/Profile.aspx?val=1&val1=1112 .Would that effect my chances.

I hv shown funds INR 1280000(PF spouse)+226000(GPF self)+550000(Bank account) as against the requirement of CAD$22000 (App INR 1210000) settlement funds for four people.
Is these are sufficient?
How they will decide about convertibility and withdrawl capacity of funds in PF/GPF.

What I understand, provident fund can be received at the retirement/resignation of the employee- even for some company after serving a notice for not to continue the PF automatically stop it and give the money to the beneficiary. So, a certificate from the relevant authority stating the current amount and how it can be received is good enough. It is acceptable by CIC.

For convertibility, you can use the rate from www.xe.com and can attach the print out of the exchange rate with the documents of proof of settlement fund.

And your settlement fund amount should be enough.

From secondary. For Bangladesh/Pakistan, it started from class 6, for India, it is probably start from class 8. In short, it will start after primary level education. It will be like SSE (Y to Class 10), HSE (11 and 12 class), Degree, Master.

I have two positions simultaneously for 5 years:

Energy Conservation Engineer and Mechanical Systems Commissioning Engineer

In my reference letter both positions are mentioned; and duties related to both are mentioned.

These positions were concurrent, not consecutive...

Do I need to split them somehow in terms of work experience years? I am not sure; should I? I was acting in both capacities for 5 years, and it was concurrent.

I have submitted the Provident fund balance that gets deducted from my salary every month, as the proof of funds.

Is there a challenge with the same. Please help, I am now very concerned after reading some comments on PF here.

In any case, I shall get the money back when I leave the job in India and move to Canada.

There are two question that i need information about?

Can we submit IELTS score which we receive online ?

Secondly what shall be done if the name in birth certificate is different from name in passport(my name is changed from what it was in birth certificate). I have a legal document( gazette officer paper) shall i submit that with the birth certificate. or is there any other formalities to be done
