what is the average TAT after encashing of DD

Some got it earlier, some way delayed than usual. Some got it within 10days time. some more than a month. As for me.. i got it at the 30th day after CC charged.

I HAD ONE INFORMATION BUT DIDNT DISCLOSE TO CIC

PLEASE GUYS HELP ME IF I NEED TO INFORM THEM ON THIS.

With my previous employer, i had valid H1B petition but i neither get visa stamped on my passport nor had an interview. i was just holding valid petition and it was expired on 31st September 2014. I have copy petition letter with me. Original is with my employer.
If i need to inform them, how i do, which form need to be filled and what will be cover letter

I received PER on 16th December and still no 2nd line update

I received PER mail on 14th December.

But Still no second line update. So, don't worry.
