I HAD ONE INFORMATION BUT DIDNT DISCLOSE TO CIC

PLEASE GUYS HELP ME IF I NEED TO INFORM THEM ON THIS.

With my previous employer, i had valid H1B petition but i neither get visa stamped on my passport nor had an interview. i was just holding valid petition and it was expired on 31st September 2014. I have copy petition letter with me. Original is with my employer.
If i need to inform them, how i do, which form need to be filled and what will be cover letter

I AM NOC 2132 Mechanical ENG -22ND OCT

I called CIC , the agent straight away agreed to give my UCI number after gathering my details she confirmed that no UCI is been generated until now.
I am very much worried, after 83 days no UCI Means rejection or what?
The latest CC/DD charged for my NOC 2132 is 3rd October.
Please advise is game over for me with FSWP or do I still have any hope....
Whats happning with NOC 2132 is a real Mystery

Hello guys,

My application was filed on October 08, 2014 under NOC-0711. My CC was charged on December 17, 2014. ECAS got alive on January 10 with the status "In process" with the description "We received your application on 08 October 2014". No PER email yet. I have seen friends from the forum whose applications were filed at a later date getting their PER's. It's almost 1 moth from payment charge and its making me a bit anxious. Still, I'm hopeful to get PER within a couple of days. Anybody in the same situation as me??

In same boat my friend. but DD was encashed on 29th dec. 14th oct applicant .. we should get PER in 1-2 weeks.. patience is the key

Good news.. second line got update today morning in Ecas. Filed applied 30th july. PER date 24th nov. NDVO. NOC 2281.

If my DD is encashed, does it mean that i will receive the PER mail?
or even after encashing the DD they can reject my application?

Allow 3.5 months to get the PER email brother....

True! finished 3 months already so have to wait 15 days more.. ;D Seems difficult!

Dont worry much.. PER nowadays are thrown very randomly. There is an August applicant reported he just received his PER today. So don't ever loose hope. Keep the faith alive.

The UCI number stand for "Unique Identification Number" and it is assigned to each applicant at the time the application file is processed. If it is your first application then you have to wait for PER email. In case you applied before (as with my case) then you can get your UCI number in the correspondence (either written letter or email) sent by CIO officers.

If DD encashed then 85% you will receive PER, they can reject after encasing as well it's all depends on your application... But be positive brother.

After DD cashed or CC charged. They will check your eligibility if you reach the 67 points mark. If yes, you ok and receive PER. If not, they still send email for NER (negative review) means failed.

But ofcourse, pray and hope for the best.
