Hello All,

I guess the reason for speedy processing for my application is for the following reason i guess ( Again i repeat its an assumption)
I have provided the following in original and extra documents that what was asked as i didn't have any reason to use the document again.

1.Original Work Experience Letter Currentand previous with business Cards from Supervisor and HR
2.Income Tax Filing and returns for last ten years
3.All companies(5) with Offer letter, Appointment, Confirmation, Hike/Appraisal Letter and Original Salary Slips (Salary Slips Stamped by Company)
4.Cover Letter for each sections as per document list about what i have provided, what i have not provided and why (for DOB i have sent affidavit along with 10th certificate and also i have initiated the process of getting an original DOB by following the existing government process.)
5.Provided an affidavit for different names used which is called Same name with other documents supporting the same
6. Sent copy all the pages of passport (old & New) containing Visa and Travel details

Never been so patient.....dont know when this wait will be over....3 months since second line update...no MR yet

I would suggest you order GCMS notes in the meanwhile. 3 months does not make any sense to me.

This is in accordance with Ashif's case where the MR was sent (or may be not) but the applicant never received it.

I had sent them (NDVO) an email...20 days back they replied that background verifications are being conducted.

I do agree with nishesh.. if it has crossed two months then GCMS is a good way to find a answer to all the questions about the delay.

I read in the forum that we receive passport and COPR.

How do we receive COPR? Is it via email or along with passports?

Hi - I sent my passports on 30th Dec 2014
Today I received an email from VFS that NDVO Visa office dispatched from Visa office.

Its not even a week now. :-X
I see in SS that it takes 10-15 days.

and how is that something to worry about?

Resh is not worried but shocked or surprised to the extent that it sounds like a worry .... congrats resh

COPR is nothing but a printed paper which you will get along with your passport having your photograph pasted on it. You will receive a printout having some instrcutions written on it like Do not sign on COPR before landing etc etc

Hi Seniors,

I have seen people suggesting gcms notes to someone who has not heard from embassy for 3 months or more. I want to know how gcms helps in this, isn't raising a case specific enquiry a better option. And lastly the benefits of Gcms and what exactly it is.

hi....
i have a question ..i received PER for me and my husband ..then right away i reported a new baby to vienna visa office.. they told me to send a baby's photo..etc
but i thing is..do i need to pay processing fees for baby to vienna bank acount or do i need to make a new IMM 5620 ( fee payment form-application for PR) so that they can charge my CC???
i dont know what to do ...cos they didnt inform me to what exactly to do with payment ??

I am a may 7th applicant from NOC 2174. NDVO visa office.





Congratulations for that. May I please know that have you got verification check from NDVO as mine is 7th July and it seems that my file has got random selection for verification.
