Feeling glad to inform the forum members that shortwhile back I have received my PER mail. The details of my application are as follows:

NOC: 4011
Application received date: 19th Sep 2014
Payment mode: DD
DD Encashed: 10th Dec 2014 as per CIC mail (although IndusInd Bank was consistently saying that my DD has not been encashed till four days back)
PER mail: 1714 hrs, 06th Jan 2014 (IST).

This is re-assuring for some and disappointing for others .. cause i can see many applicant from may and june are waiting for MR and now July candidates are getting MR so this concludes that there is no specific pattern around the processing after being transferred to local VO.

Only few things i can think which would make any application processing faster or slower is :
Number of companies - Correct , also MNC or Non - MNC.
Travels Made prior to application - Travel history, verification consume time.
In some cases medical reporting issues - No Idea
Sending business cards and original work exp docs - will make effect, more documents less intention to verify
Attaching extra document like income tax filing and stuff - yes it will make case stronger and help less intention to verify.
Not missing out on any information related to applicants (Visa rejection or PCC) - No Idea

I guess for now thats all comes to my mind.. may be manish can speak about the same .. its re-assuring to me that MR is around the corner as i am July 22nd applicant with second line on 23rd December 2014.

But i think what we need to understand is sooner or later we will get PR once we received the PER and i do understand we want to plan start new things in new place and we are anxious about the same while we are doing this the wait is lil disappointing .... so cheer up guys and gals focus on what you are doing right now and wait patiently for the updates which certainly would put a smile sooooooooooooon...

Hi - I sent my passports on 30th Dec 2014
Today I received an email from VFS that NDVO Visa office dispatched from Visa office.

Its not even a week now. :-X
I see in SS that it takes 10-15 days.
