Thank you for your response. My only concern is regarding no 2 in your post. How would they know if I am sending additional documents or a new application? what if they don't accept the package from the courier thinking that it is new application that has arrived late?

I think your application is incomplete at this moment.... Before completeness check if u are able to send a courier, then it should be fine.

All u could do at this point

1) Scan your degree copies and email to cio-sydney (subject urgent---attention---fsw application)

2) Post hard copied by fastest courier service to CIO

3) FAX these copies to 902-564-3518, 902-270-8530 (I believe these are the fax numbers, I got from different site)

U need to provide ur identification in all methods of communication

AND HOPE FOR THE BEST......
