Thank you for your response. My only concern is regarding no 2 in your post. How would they know if I am sending additional documents or a new application? what if they don't accept the package from the courier thinking that it is new application that has arrived late?

Hi All It is very difficult for some one to open SS and check your timeline:
Please understand the problem that due to restriction some one can't open SS and to reduce questions like, what is you app date, what is PER date, I request all to update your time line under your Profile on left.
Below s the procedure :

I have one request, if possible ... **** Please update important & required information timeline under you Name in Profile, so that it can be easy for every one to understand and see details rather then to go and check in SS.

It is very Easy, Below are steps:

Just go to right top of Screen and you will find " PROFILE " tab, click over it.

Then - On the left middle of screen you will get 3 options : Under " Modify Profile " - please choose second option " Forum Profile Information " and click over it.

Then please enter your details , whatever applicable , like :

Location:
Category........:
Visa Office......:
NOC Code......:
App. Filed.......:
Doc's Request.:
Nomination.....:

And it will show under your name .... Please help each other to make it easy to check current timeline of individual.

Can someone clear my doubt regarding the documents required for PA's dependent for submitting the package for FSW 2014. My package was delivered on 29th Dec 2014 (NOC 1212). After sending the package, my friend raised this doubt that I also need to send PA's dependent education and professional documents with notarized. However I haven't seen any information regarding this in cic website. And I am anxious to know how far they judge the PA's Dependent education docs and professional docs. And will I get rejected if the dependents education\professional docs or not up to the standard or valid.

PA's dependant's birth and marriage certificates are the only needed documents apart from passport and IELTS score card (if apply)........

No notary required if the original is in english..

On the envelope u should write additional documents.... UCI#(if u have one)

yes, u can write apology, as u thought ECA is enough.

quite sure they will consider it.

do mention all ur basic data i.e. dob, app rcvng date, reciever name, pasport no, country etc IN COVER LETTER inside.

Hi Sidhu:

Note that for NDVO, applicants can be grouped into two:
Group 1: MR received. Some are getting Visa and most are waiting.
Group 2: 2nd line updated but after that no update. Possibly applicants of this group are unlucky one. They might picked up for random background checking or there are some issues that warrant background checking.

Nobody till now sure why the group 2 is waiting so long without update. Even for group 1, some thinks they are still under background checking (note that I am not the one of them)

So, waiting is only the advise. If someone is waiting for 3 months, in that case, he may opted for ordering GCMS note to know actually what happens. Note that if after 2nd line, if an application is not worked with, then GCMS note won't be much worthy.

So have patience. No news is good news.
