"We started processing your application on December 30, 2014."

pls check time for other details. eagerly waiting for MR / RPRF

cic has stopped giving cap updates, maybe before sending you must have seen the number of applications. but dont think its a very hot noc.

good luck and you will sail thorugh. signture is not important, as long as courier says delivered it should be fine. but ask for proof of delivery from courier service

Bro but applicants who applied in June under fsw 2014 have already started receiving PPR's. And applicants who applied around Feb time under fsw 2013 are still receiving PPR's.

So application filled in ending months of FSW 13 are still reaching or not reached to a final decision and still we can see final decision taken for FSW,14 in parallel.

I guess we will continue to see this kind of overlap between FSW and EE as well, so nothing wrong. NDVO is in full mood to get as many applicants cleared as possible. They have already touched mid july applicants for Processing Started.

NDVO maybe in full mood but CIC seems to be in no mood ;D . I am a 16th October applicant in 2173 NOC and my CC has still not been charged :'(

Guys, any idea what the last application date CC charge for 2173 is ?

I did not find any definition of 6 months in terms of days. So, we may consider 6 "calender months".

Guys, any idea what the last application date CC charge for 2173 is ?

Have faith. You are ON. The SS is actually a true picture of whats happening. I followed it religiously and advise everyone to update it regularly as it is of tremendous help. Please keep an eye on "Times" and "Avg Process Time" tabs as an indicator to what is happening at CIO as well as various VOs.

I'm a FSW 2014 applicant whose DD was charged on 10 December 2014 but received no PER email yet. I left my last workplace in mid-December and am currently unemployed. I sent an email to cio search enquiry email ID to inform them about this change in my application.
Is it necessary to send new formats to CIO by courier at this stage? Or shall I wait for reply from CIO requesting to update my application with the employment status change?



Also my PER delayed - does this mean my application is likely to get rejected? Does CIO send NER emails or do they update the online status to "Rejected" in case the eligibility determination was negative?

Please let me know what you think...
