I got my per, but there is a mistake in my schedule A form. I have been rejected for USA n UK both visitors visa want to inform n change my form what shall I do? Pls help me. My agent says it's ok no need to worry. I think should inform ndvo. But don't know what to do and how to contact and where to contact.

Please be noted that there is a huge difference between those two. PPl are writing personal mesgs about this

Before medicals request, CIC will do all necessary verification of docs related to ur work exp... including checking lead statement,making sure that the docs are genuine and any verification of employers or asking for second review by other officer..

If require they will call for interview BEFORE medicals.......

Basically delay between second line and MR is the time VO spends on Eligibility (second review, if required) Background check and/or interview

But when u see the second line, from that day VO started security and criminality checks.... these checks can be done by third party also....... this is check basically needed to be cleared before PPR



If third line is updated , means all checks are finshd or still it is going on , as in my case thrid line is updated on 7th oct

Please be noted that medicals are independent from these checks..... It depends on applicant's nationality, places stayed and so on so.....

These checks are started the day they start processing application (mainly security) criminality they may start ahead depending on PCC submission and office...


My friend is worried abt ppr and visa office (CPC-Ottawa) wrote him back to his enquiry.. in process and be patient..

Then he went to Our MP in CANADA to ask if he can check with them and speed the process... the MP office also got the same reply from VO.. that his criminality and Security checks are still in progress and according to the regulations they cannot issue visa before these checks done and they dont know exact time line and also mentioned that different from case to case.....

Hi all,
Happy New Year to each one of you!!

Am a May 7th applicant, got my medicals done on October 14th and 3rd line updated on 18th as " medicals received" and now waiting for PPR..Meanwhile I suddenly realized that I didn't furnish the details of my US visa refusal to NDVO and hence I sent the schedule A background declaration form again in December 1st week and I have not heard anything from them so far.
My query is whether to raise a CSE and find out the status of my application or wait for some more time..I understand that at this stage of mine,the criminal records check is going on now and I also understand that the average time for the NDVO to deeply to any CSE is 77 days..so please help me deciding whether it's really required at this point of time

P.S: I HAVE SENT THE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT WAY AFTER MY MEDICALS, RPRF AND PCC SUBMISSION DATE WHICH WAS NOV15TH AND I SENT THE DOCUMENTS ON DEC 5TH.

whats your status? as i have received my PER so need to inform the vo. so did you send an email to the vo on CSE? also did you updated your schedule A form online or sent a hard copy?

guys please tell is it mandatory to maintain the amount in bank which we showed in our account certificate till the PER??

do they contact bank about the funds proof ?

My father transfer the money in my account for the bank certificate next day i transfered back the amount in his bank :S
should i put the amount back in my account till the PER??

Ahsen,

There could be 3 possibilities

1) VO does not ask for anything, in that case you are good to have funds transferred out of that account
2) VO may ask to produce six months statement, in that case you need to maintain the balance in order to show them the funds are lying in your account since then
3) They might call up your bank for verification, this is however very unlikely as no such case has been reported so far where VO had approached bank.

Choice is yours

Even i am in the same boat, My US B1 was rejected and i haven`t updated in the form, So planning to send an cover letter once i received PER.
Did you receive any response from cic after sending your cover letter, Can you please help me the format of the cover letter, You response will be highly appreciated.

Okay...before anything...here is my profile
NOC:- 2232
APP FILED :-18/08/14
PER:- 6/12/14
Now i didn't send PCC along with the app thinkin would send it later. But now i am confused should i send it right away or should i wait for NDVO to ask for it?
Another thing, i got married on 8th Nov and sent a CSE to NDVO asking the procedure to add my spouse in the app. They sent a mail asking for her docs but didn't tell me the time upto when i should submit. I am confused should i send it now or should i wait for second line update?
