I've sent my package FSWP application package today and don't know how long does it take to process it...
However, my wife is pregnant and we are waiting for child approx. in October. I am sure that even in case of success we will not receive visas prior to this date.
So may the birth of the child be reason for delaying or refusing of our application for PR?
Thank you

Dixiechick, don't panic. Just because no one reported here about CC charged today it doesn't mean the CCs are not getting charged, it just means that people getting their CCs charged either didn't notice or didn't report here or update their spreadsheet data. CIC just started processing applications last week, and it seems they are now moving onto applications received on May 5th and 6th, so you have to wait a little longer.

And I'm pretty confident that your filing date of May 15th will still be well under the cap.

2011 it was 500
2013 it was 300

in 2011 1122 got filled in 5 business days , ( and it was not that much awareness, so for hot NOC's ...its just a matter of 2 weeks I feel)

Wow! I am applying for NOC 1123 (which is roughly the same as 1122). My application will reach them on the 2nd June. But judging from the fact that it got filled up in just 5 days, I think I just wasted my time applying this time around.

No, it's no reason for delaying or refusing your application. You must provide updated forms and documents as soon as the baby is born (passport, birth certificate, photos), though, so that it gets included in the process. I believe that your required minimum funds will also increase according to the settlement funds table. If your current funds are already above the required for your increased family, no problem. If not, you need to provide proof of funds for the new baby as well.

Use the link Century provides on his signature, this one.

The one on his reply to you got a semicolon at the end. Hence the 404 error.

Don't think so there will be a single minute delay for your baby forget about refusal. There is no question of checking security for a child. When your file will send to VO, inform them about possible birth date. After delivery, get birth certificate, passport, photos, pay fee, and send those to VO.

If your assessment comes through as equivalent to a Canadian Masters Degree, you don't need to assess your graduation diploma, that will be enough to give you the 23 points.

Thanks, but on what are you basing this?

what are your views on this does this mean all those whose CC/DD are charged are through to PER but last spreadsheet there are three applicants whose cc charged but not given PER

Not necessarily, but it means you passed the first hurdle: the immigration officer at the CIO looked through your application , considered it complete, and your NOC is still under the cap. After that, your file will be sent to your local visa office, and they are the ones who give final approval. They may ask for an interview, check your background, call your employers, and generally verify your information. When they are satisfied, they will ask you to undergo a medical examination. Barring any serious medical condition, this is a very good sign that you will be approved. If you pass the medical, they will ask for your passport to stamp the visa, and they will return it to you together with the Certificate of Permanent Residence.

I have no idea. I can't figure out why someone who doesn't get the PER would have their CC charged, but as another poster mentioned it seems all 3 of them fell below 67 points. Maybe the final calculation of points is double-checked later? That is just a guess.

What we know is that the great majority of those whose CC/DD are charged/cashed do get the PER. So I am going to choose to be optimistic for everyone here and for myself (7th May app received) that if I can confirm my DD has been cashed that means PER for me.

Oh, yeah, forgot about the fee in my reply. Just a "minor irrelevant detail"... ;D
