Canada. That's why they were able to notice it that fast.
I would never advice anyone of hiding information to the VO, that's quite dangerous and could harm your case. Also letting them know about these is risky too. Hard choice, I will go with the second option and including a cover letter explaining in great details why the omission and that it was not your intention...

Actually, I had already sent a cover letter today explaining that issue with the forms corrected upon the advice of Optimist333 . But I ordered the courier service to return my envelope after many have warned me that It would delay greatly my file and may even cause rejection!, Some told me that there is no need to tell them now as there is neither refusal stamp on the passport nor a refusal letter refuting that the CIC may care about other countries VISA rejection . Others suggested to wait until getting the PER so that I can contact with the V.O. after knowing it exactly. Since I discovered this mistake, I got worried and worried by time !

Pls send a cover letter explaining to dem d oversight. Let dem knw dat u are ready to send in an update form if required.

Could you tell me for which country was this Visa applied ? Canada or another country ?! In my case, the Visa was intended for the USA (B1/B2 VISA). Now , I'm quite worried what to do! Should I ignore the issue as this visa wasn't for Canada ?! or send an update from now ? or even wait until getting the PER then sending an update to the VO ?
Your advice would be appreciated !

You are waiting for PER means you have also your UCI already. If you dont mind may I know when did you CC has been charged.
Actually I am also 17th september applicant (DD mode) I have also UCI but till today there is no status on ECAS

Application Sent on 01 August 2014

Application Received on 11 August 2014

DD encashed as per email from CIO on 16 November 2014

DD encashed as per bank on 18 November 2014

PER 22 December 2014

CIC asked me to submit only FBI pcc not from my home country. I have been living in USA for more than 10 years ever since I was 19 years old. Do I still need to submit pcc from my country even though CIC didn't request it? I just want to be on the safe side.

My dear Forum members,
Just a quick clarification in case anyone has any idea.

Which one comes first, "PPR mail" or "ECAS status updated to 'Decision Made'"?
I mean, ECAS status gets updated to 'Decision Made' first following which PPR arrives?
Or
PPR comes first and then the ECAS status gets updated to 4th line?

It is actually my situation. My ECAS status updated to 4th line "DM" today. But I noticed from the forum posts that PPR comes first and then the ECAS status updates to "DM". So a lil puzzled if it is normal.
