I THINK you still need a working visa (TN visa) to work in US unless the company is based out of Canada.

Friends, my application reached to FBI on Nov 7th, and my money order has not been cashed yet. Does the payment through money order (DD) takes longer compared to credit card payment? I was replied after 19 days of request date, one day before the original due date. CPC states that their response might take upto 20 days. So NOT to worry, you will hear from them soon.

Hi Guys, I recently got 30 days extension for fbi pcc submission, however, I doubt that my pcc will be received on time. My applicaiton reached to FBI on Nov 7, 2014 and new deadline to submit to CIC is Feb 23. My question is do CIC give another extension again if needed? Thanks in advance.
