Hello Friends,

I need an information - regarding maintenance of funds.

I'm a Oct 2nd Applicant - NOC - 2171. Awaiting for some reply from CIC.

Due to Personal emergency, I'm planning to take out partial amount from the security funds showed for CIC and I will try to settle it back in a week.
In that case, will it there be a problem for my application?

Kindly need your all expertise suggestions.

Rightly said, however i have a point here.

As Krasburn said, if the respective courier gives 100% guarantee, only then apply for FSW 2014 (when u r sending your courier on 26-27 December),
This is because;
1) If courier is delivered as promised by 31 December 2014, you will be in FSW 2014 race
2) If not, You will not be in 2014 race and also you will be late applying for EE 2015 taking risk since, you have only 1 IELTS original result (Must and and Mandatory document).

Agreed Krasburn, if i was in this scenario, then i would have opted for EE (Since i know that some forum members mentioned how difficult is to get another/2nd Copy IELTS results).

* above said is my view considering best benefited scenario for an applicant. Correct me if i am wrong.

Hello all,

I have few queries
1. I recvd MR email on 16th dec 2k14. I contacted iom for appointment, n at tht time they didnt tell me about passport compulsion n today i came to know i cannot have my infant's medical without passport. We hv applied for pp today n will get it next week. In case i cant makeup in 30 days margin given by lvo, how can i get extension?
2. My son's name is spelt wrong in MR email as compared to form B n birth certificate , on which address i must sent request for correction.

3. I havent submitted pcc n also didnt recieve its request from lvo. Shouldi provide it on my own? Or email them? N no rprf request till now too.

Now I get it...
Optimist3, my visa rejection was AFTER I sent my application to Sydney NS not before. That's why that was not a problem to me. Anyway, they gave me a call asking why I didn't mentioned it after knowing I was going to be processed. I hope this clarifies the issue.

Could you tell me for which country was this Visa applied ? Canada or another country ?! In my case, the Visa was intended for the USA (B1/B2 VISA). Now , I'm quite worried what to do! Should I ignore the issue as this visa wasn't for Canada ?! or send an update from now ? or even wait until getting the PER then sending an update to the VO ?
Your advice would be appreciated !
