Hi all,

I paid RPRF 21 days ago and sent the receipt via email to CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca
I have checked the ECAS, it did not say anything about receiving RPRF after 21 days.
Seniors, have you received any feedback from CPCO after sending RPRF?
I am worried, please let me know how I can verify the RPRF status.

Hi All,

Please help me regarding some of my doubts.

I have applied for FSW-14 for the NOC 2173. My application reached there on 15th Aug and the NOC was full with the last applicant of 12th Aug.

Till now, I do not have heard any news from them (e-mail/post), that the Cap for 2173 has been reached.

Can you please let me know how much time it would take generally to get my application package?

As I am planning to apply for the Express Entry program, I would need some of the original documents from that package..

As per PER, DD en cashed on 21-11 where as bank informed me it was en cashed on 27-11

I received PER on Sunday (14-Dec-14) and how long it will take for transferring file to local VO (My VO is NDVO) ?
In the meantime, shall I apply for Singapore Certificate of Clearance (COC) and how long it's valid? Does NDVO send any AOR ?

Hi everyone!

I got my medical test done on the 1st of December and my medical results were sent by the hospital on the 5th of December.

In addition to that, I paid my RPRF fees online and posted all documents and RPRF receipt. It was received by CIC NDVO on 11th of December.

I checked my status and the 3rd line is updated as <Medical results have been received>. It doesnt mention anything about the RPRF fees.

It is normal or does CIC update on both Medical and RPRF?

Just got mail from WES which is as under:

"CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.



In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES's online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp?

Please advise what has to be done.....I remember, I selected option for the view of Online Report.... DO I HAVE TO SEND THE HARD COPY TO CIC?? Or they will access it electronically, as after making this payment they can access it electronically...

Don't worry!! Same thing was happened with me due to mistake by my consultant last year while ordering wes. So this year when applied again in may, I did not recieved my per for quite long. But after few days got an email from wes asking to pay money to show electronic copy of report to cic. So I did accordingly and got my PER in 10 days. U r very near to PER!! Do as it was asked!!

It might take 10 to 20 days for the file to transfer to NDVO(No one knows the actual time). You can expect the Medicals in 45 to 60 days from PER. It is good to apply for the COC right away.

NDVO is not sending AOR's this year. You will directly get the Medical Request.

Got call from my consultant yesterday late hrs that they have received my file no...

Application date:27 Aug
Payment modeD( DD was not encashed as per bank until 6th Dec)
PER Date:15th Aug

It might take around 1 to 3 months for the package to reach you depending on your location. To India, it usually takes close to 2 months. I am not sure, if you need the original copies of your IELTS and WES immediately for Express Entry. If you have the photocopies, that should be fine, since you will not send your documents to CIC, you will only fill the application online.
