For WES, you are right. It may take 10-15 days. IDP or British does not issue IELTS result easily. If they agree, it it may take 3-4 weeks, plus 6 days of courier time to CIC.

WES ECA report can be ordered and delivered within one week.Just go to their website,login to your account and order for another copy to be delivered to you via international courier.

For IELTS,you need to meet British council or idp(whoever conducted it for you in your area) and request for another copy.They will tell you what to be done.

Hi all, Received ECA report today...Hope to send the package to CIC tommorow...
1)In addition to ECA, do i need to send acamedic transcripts in sealed cover to CIC?
2) I have a kid threee years old....Do i need to fill Additional family information and Background Declaration form for her?
3)Then forms like Minor, Common law union, additional dependants more than five and use of representaive are not applicable to me..Do i need submit these forms with NA or can i ignore it....

Congrats.
1.you don't need to send in sealed envelope.....if you have photocopies ,included it.if you don't have,no problem.Just try and include photocopy of your degree certificate.
2.The kid is less than 18....you don't need to fill of the form for her.The forms you mentioned are meant to be filled by a spouse and children of 18years and above.
3.You don't need these forms....ignore them totally.

hello..i am new to this group. I have a work experience of 23 months in a software company. I also have a experience letter from another employer (no salary slips or offer letter). I left this company without notice but still got one months of work expericene certificate. Can CIC verify from this employer where i have worked for 1 month but there is no data of my working in their system as i said i left he company without any notice because i got a better job than that and needed to join that quickly. Is there any chance they can verify. What would you suggest seniors ? If i wait for another months then 2173 would be filled. PLEASE REPLY

It sounds like you are wanting to claim points for at least 2 years of experience but are worried that you can't?

Are those two jobs (the 23 months and the 1 month) your ONLY work experience? In other words do you have any other previous employment that you could use to get points? Remember you can get points for experience in ANY NOC (not only the primary NOC under which you are applying) provided it is at skill level 0 or skill type A or B. So if you have any other employers, you can still get at least the 2 years.

If you can only make it to 2 years by including that one month, it is good that you have the experience letter from that company. The letter is really all you need and it's pretty amazing that you got one having only worked there a month and having left without notice. Well done! If the local VO chooses to try to verify it, they'd start by contacting the person who wrote the letter. They probably won't try to obtain any official record from the employer's computer system or anything like that. That would be a rare case. So rest easy, if I am reading your post correctly and you have the letter, you've got credit for 2 years.

I need 24 months of work experience to get 67 points . which is have right now but in two parts (23 months + 1 month). I am afraid that when CIC will verify my i month employer might say negative. Please suggest what are the chance of CIC doing verification in that company.

From your former post I got the impression that you have an employer reference letter from them. If that's so, you're in good shape. Even if the local VO verifies, and even if the person they talk to is bitter about you leaving without notice and says something negative about you, the only way it would be a problem is if they denied the accuracy of what is in the experience letter, or said something so terrible about you that it causes the local VO to exercise discretion on whether to grant your visa despite your selection factor score. Both seem very unlikely. Much more likely is that the VO won't even try to verify it if you already have the letter.

If my impression is incorrect and the situation is otherwise, please correct me then we can get to the bottom of it.

Included IELTS (original), ECA (original), Marraige Certificate, For Proof of funds Copy of FD receipt attested by Branch Manager, 6 Photos, Checklist.
Do i need to add anything to the package....plz advice

My wife will not travel with me to Canada.Does she need to provide PCC as well ? (she is mentioned as dependent but I have mentioned that she will not travel with me to Canada)
She has been staying in Bangalore for last 5 yrs(studying) though her permanent address is West Bengal.
Do she need to get PCC from Bangalore or getting a PCC from Bengal will suffice ?

Yes. Check the guide for applications. Here's a quotation from it:

You and all of your family members who are 18 years of age and older and who are not already permanent residents or Canadian citizens will have to provide

It doesn't matter if they are accompanying you or not.

She needs a PCC from any country she has lived in for 6 months or longer since reaching the age of 18 (16 in some jurisdictions).
