It will be positive provided you are able to analyze your mistakes beforehand.

Thanks for the reply.

However browsing the forum i realize that there are a number of small issues that needs to be taken care off (like getting passport issued for my 2-yr old son etc) that will further delay the process.

Will hence give FSW a miss and see what can be done for EE in 2015.

Thanks again for taking time out to reply to my query especially given the deluge of queries by applicants who have already filed.

You're welcome I try to be helpful. It's your choice of course but if you find a less hot NOC for which you or your wife are eligible you may as well give it a go. Otherwise good luck for EE 2015.

Why is it a scam? It is perfectly acceptable to apply under two different NOCs, so long as the applicant honestly meets the requirements for both. In the end, only one will be processed and the other file closed.

Hi any idea if you can reapply under same code?? E.g. if someone has made mistake than is it necessary to wait till you get rejection or remain too worried??

My 3 yrs. proficiency certificate level in nursing is equivalent to Canadian secondary school diploma and two years bachelor is equivalent to Canadian two years diploma. I assume I should get 21 points . Plz. clarify

Nursing--is your certificate a necessary credential to enter the profession, similar to a law or accountancy degree? If so, you may get as many as 23 points, but I believe there is a specialized body that must evaluate it.

If it is not a professional qualification degree and is more of a standard diploma then I believe you are right about the 21 points.

CIC should update the website in couple of weeks based on past trends.
Also there are couple of 2nd May applicants who have got their CC charged, so this will the first information that we might get from CIC end.

So please be patient you should get some news in a weeks time as CIC is currently on 2nd May applicants, 6th is not that faar )

WES ECA report can be ordered and delivered within one week.Just go to their website,login to your account and order for another copy to be delivered to you via international courier.

For IELTS,you need to meet British council or idp(whoever conducted it for you in your area) and request for another copy.They will tell you what to be done.

In the work experience query no.12

What should be mentioned bsides NOC, like i am applying in 1123 should i write 1123, Marketing Manager or the one descried in guide -
1123 Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations


Also, i worked with 3 companies out of which 2 are related to this NOC one was not related it was NOC 2171 software engineer.

I believe i am supposed to mention all 3 companies and their respective NOC in the detail list with responsibilities.

AM I right ?

Also should i be providing the references, reliving and all other details for all 3 jobs or just the last one i did for 3 years based on which i am applying in NOC 1123 ?

Please confirm

You can state either your job title or the NOC category or job title in the NOC description that best matches.

You should at least try to get employer reference letters from all jobs in the past 10 years regardless of NOC, because that is what the application requires. You are required to list all employment of any type for the past 10 years on the various forms. Also you can get points for your experience in any NOC that is at skill type 0 or skill level A or B, even if it's not the primary NOC under which you are applying. So might as well get all the points you can for experience, you never know if you may need those points.

Yes you are correct it will be 5th application after finishing 2nd apps as 3rd and 4th May was weekend and not working for CIC.

Elementary/primary school = 5 (1-5)
secondary/high school = 7 (6-12/Inter)
university/college = 4 (Bachelors + Masters)

what point is granted to me on education factor since WES evaluated my credential as below:

3 yrs. diploma in nursing= Canadian secondary school diploma
2 yrs. bachelor in nursing= Canadian 2 yrs. diploma

Is it 19 or 21 or 15?

Hey subash, what if one has her higher secondary in Management and then the vocational diploma in Nursing, finally the 2 years Bachelors in Nursing, how would that be assessed???

Hi all, Received ECA report today...Hope to send the package to CIC tommorow...
1)In addition to ECA, do i need to send acamedic transcripts in sealed cover to CIC?
2) I have a kid threee years old....Do i need to fill Additional family information and Background Declaration form for her?
3)Then forms like Minor, Common law union, additional dependants more than five and use of representaive are not applicable to me..Do i need submit these forms with NA or can i ignore it....

I think you meant about the regular WES. The FSW has a different process and they don't offer any rush services.

Does the WES indicate on the report that it is a FSW ECA? I don't see that on mine but I know I chose that option.
