CIC will not send you any email to confirm your credit card details. There will try to charge your CC 3 times Max. and if they fail to charge it, they will send the entire package back using snail mail.
I believe, November apps. are undergoing completeness check at present. So I would advice you to send a new payment form briefing the situation along with the new payment details and request them to match it to your initial application.
Also, once your new payment form has been delivered, write a mail to CIC informing them that you have sent new payment form. Mention all the details that may help them to trace your application such as Courier shipment details, who received it, Your name, passport no. etc.
There is no guarantee that they will be able to match the addendum to your application but there is a fair chance that they might.
