No. This form is for anyone who gave you advice or helped you fill out the forms. Such as a consultant or lawyer. Not someone who helps you post it.LJROY said:hello seniors,
M gonna send my application to my brother in canada as my WES report will be posted there.
Do i have to fill up IMM5476E - use of a representative form?

But is it just a guess or u have ample information over the same..
No Dear. It depends on applications and also on visa officers. Certain applications take more time to process due to various reasons and some VOs are really fast and some are slow. so you cant judge. wait some more days.ravi12 said:so for may 1 applicants who did not receive anything its done....
Indeed. Check the guide for instructions regarding translated documents!!Nitinmehta04 said:U cannot translate on your own... U will need a certified translator and a sworn affidavit by the translator which will be notarized by a notary

Just write N/A. "Did not travel" implies that the person exists but didn't travel.canada89 said:Hi Guys,
In IMM 5562, if i do not have any dependants or spouse, do i have to click on “did not travel”?. I thot this would be not applicable for me. Please advise. Thanks!

If you have no UCI leave blank. If Quebec doesn't apply to you leave blank.Faithful100 said:Hi Experts,
On the generic form what do I put in for the UCI field and Question 7 Have you received a Quebec certificate. None of these apply to me.
I was advised to leave them blank. Please advise those who have their CC charged.

Yes. These are two different questions. They want to see your total assets and liabilities, and separately, your available settlement funds. You must answer all questions.Mandeep08 said:Thanks for replying -- One more questoin, I have liquid funds (as Saving/FD), do I still need to show Asset and Liabilty?
e.g. Asset - 0
liabilty - 0
settlement fund - XXX amount
Thanks
