If I show settlement fund $10000 and liability $5000. And asset same as settlement fund ($10000) will that be a problem? Will they deduct the liability from the settlement fund.

It may indicate you get loan to show your settlement fund or soon you have to pay your liability which could bring down your settlement fund below threshold.

What did you do with $5000 loan? If bought a car, include it into assets.

Maverick, What is your actual application received date? Your forum info is showing one date while the global SS is showing another. And did you receive AOR from SGVO?

Sister Raisa - Dont make me panic! My sent and receive date is Jul 11 (same day sent and received), Fee encashed is Oct 30th and PER is Nov 6th. No I have no AOR yet, my analysis shows it will be coming by 12th/13th December. What about you? AOR?

Is that a normal duration?

Hello everyone,

I am sending a DD for payment of application fee. It is mentioned in the form that payment should be in CAD $. I have a US $ account in Bank and my DD will be in US$ as well. So, what will be the amount of DD. The form says CAD$550 per person. For 2 it becomes CAD$1100 but DD will be in US$ so due to exchange rate difference, will I make a draft of US$980 or will it be US$1100. I am confused totally.

My App received CIC on 04th Sep 2014, till now no news. Called my bank people today also, but DD not yet encashed,,,,3 months and 4 days getting crazy. Plz let me know if any ones DD's got charged from 4th sep or after tht.

Sep 4th DD applicant and my ECAS came alive this morning with "In Progress- we received ur applicantion on Sep 4th 2014" status. B4 now i never knew if my DD is cashed or not but i am very hopeful in God nd reduced my worried. Just be hopeful, we will all receive d good news.

Date of application: 13th August'14.
CC Charged on:15th Nov.'14.
My experience:10+ Years.

Foreign Travel History in last 2 Years (One Month to Canada & US)

I am awaiting PER..

My Query is:
1.0 Is delay in PER normal compare to other 13th Aug'14 applicant and for my category ?
2.0 Is PER sure after CC charged ?
3.0 What if they not issue PER ? Specifically to my fees and eligibility for FSW 2014 ?
4.0 Will they demand more documents to issue PER ?
5.0 How many maximum days I should wait for PER after CC Charged date ?
6.0 Should I wait or send e mail requesting status of my file ?
