Notarization isn't required except for translated documents.

In New Generic form page 3, in Spouse personal details i have not provided given name exactly as mentioned in the passport. e.g i mentioned Dean Jones instead of DeanJones. Will this be ok since it is cleary mentioned in the application to provide details as mentioned in passport ?

i see there is no difference except a space between two word.
am i right? then there will be no plm but seeking expert opinion on this.

Seniors,

I have a reference email from my colleague mentioning my job duties and duration of my employment, and a reference letter from my Company mentioning from how long i am working with current company and from how long i am deputed onsite but they have mentioned the purpose of this reference letter as to get Canada Tourist Visa. But i have all Payslips, offer/increment letter, IT returns from current employer and all offer letters and relieving letters from previous employers. Please let me know if that makes the visa officer happy or its my bad luck :-\

Re: Facing problem with ECA from WES

Hi Seniors,

I am about to receive eca report from WES. My Master degree of 5 years is mistakenly evaluated as 4 yr Canadian Bachelor's degree. However one of my friend with same degree is evaluated last year was given Master's equivalency.

Please suggest what are the possible way out from this ?

Contact WES to have them reassess. Hopefully you have some supporting documentation?

Sorry, mate this is Debit Card, and there is regulatory restriction on its limit

That sucks. You may be down to sending a DD and hoping they accept a separate package, and/or praying.

not only this i did 2 mistakes overall. I already PMed a senior on the same but still i am posting here.

I did the following mistakes. My application is sent and recieved in NS.
The below mistakes are in the New Generic form
1) page 3, in Spouse personal details i have not provided given name exactly as mentioned in the passport. e.g i mentioned Dean Jones instead of DeanJones. Will this be ok since it is cleary mentioned in the application to provide details as mentioned in passport

2) In dependents details section, page 4, question no. 16 it should be my First Name and Last Name or My Spouse First Name and Last Name? I entered my Spouse First Name and Last Name. If i entered incorrect, Will this effect? if so what way?

Actually, I was charged yesterday NS time. It was wee hours in Hong Kong in today's date ie 27th May.

Congrats!!!.

In the spreadsheet "Sellside" has updated that the CC Encashed on 27th May.If that is correct then his application reached on 1st May 3:12 PM so CIC might be reviewing and encashing the last 1st May applications and will start or already started working on 2nd May applications.

Hello Friends,

I Just mailed my application today but I remembered I forgot to write my name in the Consent and Declaration of Applicant in Generic form. I had signed and Dated that page though.

Has anyone heard if this is an issue and would cause rejection?
