I have also applied for Quebec skilled worker category which is in progress but while filling out generic form regarding Quebec part it automatically greyed out what can I do and most importantly if you feel comfortable ,could you please specify what detail are you talking about regarding disclosure of my student visa denial.I know,your detail explanation not only benefit me it will be beneficial too for people who are facing similar situation as of mine.

Hi, I have FD for proof of Funds, Is it enough if i get attestation from Bank Manager in the Copy of FD receipt....Or do i need to get from Notary.

Can any body from NOC related to IT, perform UAT?

UAT failed due to following bugs:

1. currentGlobalCap < MAX_GLOBAL_CAP instead of currentGlobalCap <= MAX_GLOBAL_CAP
2. current2174Cap < 1000 instead of current2174Cap <= 1000
3."application is accepted " should be before the respective cap increments.
4.Where is the LOOP dude?? ..and initialize the counter before the loop...

just make sure the sign/stamp & contact details of employer is there on reference letter

What if there are no contact details available on the letter head?? only the signature and designation of the HR is present on the letter head. Is that ok??

contact details should be there so that they can verify if they want to.
email id/telephone no. or mobile no.

Guys my eca report is ready and has got despatched. Time line as follows:

Documents sent from mumbai - 10th May
Reached WES - 14th May
Evaluation done - 25th May
Despatched report - 26th May
Estimated time of delivery - 29th May
Report is sent by UPS.

All dates as per Indian time.

My report says 4 years bachelor's degree and 1 year graduate study as per canada standards. Can some one tell me my points?

The toughest part always is to get the transcripts from Indian Univ. Once that is done, almost 70% of the job is done

Hi I have seen lot of aspirants providing affidavite against a reference letter.

My employers did not issue a job responsibilitues on letter head so i just took reference from my manager and colleages along with there business cards,and only a cover letter on top of it explaining why i could get the letter on company letter head.

My concern and worry is whether it would be accepted as i have not provided affidavite but i got them notorized.

We have seen both the cases - Job responsibilities being accepted when sent on a plain paper and ofcourse, with cover letter; and also being rejected as not being in company's letter head. so it all depends on the processing officer, frankly speaking.

Hi everyone

I have applied under NOC 2174 and the file reached the cic office on 2nd May'14. But i havnt received any email yet from cic though my application reached quite early.

Just want to ask if anyone has submitted the file somewhere around the same time and has got a response from cic.

Any information on similar lines would be highly appreciated.

You won't receive an e-mail until after PER which will take a while. Your earliest indication would be your CC charged or DD cashed.

Provide them complete information regarding experience certificate i.e designation, duration, pay, full time job, working hours, job duties on employer lettet head having company address, web site, phone numbers, stamp.. also attach pay slips & contract letter.. as many doc as u can to prove ur employement.. otherwisw they will ask u additional documents and ur processing will be slow down..

Hi, for settlement funds, indicate CAD12,000 while for assets, leave it as zero. As long as your liabilities are also zero, a lack of assets is no problem.

That is ridiculous as settlement funds by definition must be a subset of assets. Cash is an asset. Leaving assets and liabilities blank just shows CIC a person is not serious about filling in the application honestly.
