I just received very sad email:
Dear Sir/Madam:



Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on September 10, 2014. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.



We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.



Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.



Thank you for your interest in Canada.
But since now I do not receive my package back. I live in Armenia and usually it takes in average two weeks to get the letter from postal service from Canada, but three months is very long .
Please advice what to do to get my package back?

hello guyz my app reached on 14 may PER date was 27 aug ecas showing in process,, but today ecas page is not working for me...its not opening :'( what happen any1 else facing same problem??

I spoke to them. They said wait for PPR, then we would send an amendment and cover letter along with passport saying it was overlooked as we thought travel details are required only for duration more than 6+ months...

From my point of view that's little risky because once Decision has been made it is hard to make changes to application, and btw Visa stamping is done at different department. Talk to your consultant about it.

Terki - He accepted his mistake. At the same time he said before they find it by themselve we would send an apology and amended form with cover letter mentioning some good excuses. My only worry is how will I be affected due to his negligence. Should I foresee a rejection of my application?
I am worried after reaching this stage... :-\

My cc was charged on 23rd nov. I called CIC now to get my UCI no.
1st they said that we dont have any info., you must send email. But then i told them that i have been told that u guys can give me UCI #. He agreed reluctantly. Anyways, he then asked me to gv my last name and date of birth.. Kept me on hold for couple of mins and then said that no info found against these details...

Has any one else experienced or heard of this case? Its been over 10 days since they charhed my cc, they must have some sort of record for me right?
