If the documents look strong they rarely initiate additional checks. We have seen very-very few reports from applicants' who came to know of an email submitted to employer for verification.

You don't have to agree or disagree really. This information is readily available. Just take a sample of GCMS notes from a corresponding thread, and see the timelines. VO follows a strict pattern, it's a pretty boring job As per PPR I already explained it, but here we go again. It is issued against completion of Security check.
