Actually there is a little bit of confusion as to where my file has landed after PER
I am in india, I thought it would be NDVO
but the simple reason that I applied while I was in Canada, there is a confusion that
my file has been shifted to OTTAWA.
Just to clarify this confusion, I am planning to apply for the Notes.

What is the latest email reply date of CIC? I have sent an inquiry on 2nd November, still no reply..

One more thing, has CIC ever rejected a file even if the application is complete and the applicant got 67+ points?
