Graced,
The Canadian Immigrant Integration Program is a pre-departure support program meant to assist immigrants in planning their career and integrating smoothly into work life in Canada. You need to have MR or PPR to be able to register as they would ask you for the proof of either of both. They would also require your Resume as you register. I advise you reformat your resume to Canadian format before sending it.
There would be a 6+ hour general orientation after which they would assign you to a consultant to help you draw your MAP (My Action Plan). MAP session is 1.5 hrs. After the MAP session, the CIIP process is over but they will link you up with some other agencies that will take over upon landing.
Registration is per individual including children above 18 who may wish to work in Canada upon landing.
They do face-to-face program in selected countries with high no of immigrants (e.g India) but online in others.
You can get further details from the website and also register if you've gotten MR already.

You can send me a PM if you need further help as I may not be very much on the forum at some point. My General Orientation is this Friday and MAP next Monday.
Regards,
MacFar
