For the benefit of iCraft and others who have this same concern about RPRF payment ,i have a little response below........
The choice to use draft for RPRF payment or online payment is strictly personal as there is no verifiable advantage of either ways of payment.
You can either raise a draft in either Canadian dollar(490 each for you and your spouse if married) or US dollars (450 each for you and spouse if married).Children are exempted from paying the fees. The draft will be in favour of "Receiver General for Canada".
You will send the draft along with your documents to Accra visa office.
However, you can make payment online with your Nigerian credit/debit card. You will be expected to register with your email address with the links below because your receipt will be sent to your email address.
After it is sent to your email, you will print it out and include with your documents been sent to Accra office.

https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/immigrationlist.do

Ultimately ,what you actually need is the last link but i have listed all the links you will come across before getting to the last link where you will indicate the number of people you'll make payment for.
After this link, once you click on "pay",you will be routed to a link " https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/ols/login.do?&app=epay&page=pay&lang=en" where you will be asked to register your details of email and password where the number receipt will be sent to.But if you have registered before now,you only need to login with your registered email and password.
In the event of any questions or issues, you may let the house know for you to be guided.
Wishing you all the very best.
Once again,Congrats to all in this category.....and advance to all applicants anticipating such request.
Cheers
