Am happy for all the great news been gotten since last week Monday. I pray for the rest of us awaiting MR... Will get it before the end of this coming week. Also want to ask I observed that on my form 0008 schedule I wrote Nigeria as my Visa office. Hope it is not a problem. Although my status read IN-PROCESS. Awaiting MR to be sent.

You are very lucky to have received PER with that error. I know abt a friend whose application was returned because of that in 2013. They had to reapply n just landed last week. Count yourself blessed.

Oh My God! Ah mon dieu. It' s official, I've got PER mail since 13th january without knowing. I can't believe my eyes people. So funny but have been monitoring my alternate email forgetting that my app was sent with a different and more secure email add. Respect to all members of my efamily. A question to senior forumiteslease is it possible that a 25th September applicant whose DD was encashed on 23rd December 2014 ( after so much wait) is still to get a PER mail?. Really worried and would want to know why and if priority is given to some NOCS ahead of others. Exactly 32 days post DD encashment now........

It's not for you to get worried ......I have friends whose PER mail was even more than 40days and they still got it with no issues.
You can try getting your UCI number by calling CIC number to be able to check your ECAS.
But for now,relax because your PER mail will soon come.
Try not to use panadol extra for CIC's headaches ;D

Hello house,

The AVO sent me another mail yesterday and in the mail was the forms for all the four members of the family for medicals.

I noticed that I was not ask to pay the landing fee which is $1000, I was only asked to send medicals and POF.

About the POF I have the money intact since 2013 till date and I am of the mind that I should just get the certificate and statement of the fixed amount and send to them.

Will that answer all that is needed.

Don't worry about the RPRF request as they will normally request it along with your passport request mail.
For your POF response,you're cool with the documents you want to send to Accra.

Can anyone share his or her interview experience with the AVO? I can see a lot of people with NDVO have been getting a lot of invitations for interview.

For now,no 2013 or 2014 successful applicants have been asked to appear for interview and i believe this will continue so you need not worry about it.

Please how can someone pay for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee? Credit card, draft or what?

For the benefit of iCraft and others who have this same concern about RPRF payment ,i have a little response below........
The choice to use draft for RPRF payment or online payment is strictly personal as there is no verifiable advantage of either ways of payment.
You can either raise a draft in either Canadian dollar(490 each for you and your spouse if married) or US dollars (450 each for you and spouse if married).Children are exempted from paying the fees.The draft will be in favour of "Receiver General for Canada".
You will send the draft along with your documents to Accra visa office.
However,you can make payment online with your Nigerian credit/debit card.You will be expected to register with your email address with the links below because your receipt will be sent to your email address.
After it is sent to your email,you will print it out and include with your documents been sent to Accra office.

Not an issue as you belong to Accra visa office region by reason of your address which you filled on the generic form.
