Better still call WES.
Their numbers are always difficult to reach. But if you call at 2pm (Nigerian time) on the dot. You'll definitely get through.

I did something similar and appointed my sister as my unpaid representative so included the representative form which was duly signed by me and her so sent the app to her first for onward delivery to CIC. This means all the correspondence goes through her for instance my PER was sent to her email. Another advice, please use UPS to send the app. And cross check all documents against checklist, ensure all documents are duly signed. All the best in your application!

Fellow Nigerians,
WES made a grave mistake in my Credential assessment report by writing the Canadian Equivalence as ''Three years in hospital training and study instead of ''Three year Diploma in Nursing.
I have already submitted my application to CIO since July 4 and I have seen applications rejected because of this mistake.
What should I do to correct this and save my application from being rejected ?
I have already written WES through their website without any reply from them. How can I get the regional managers' contact emails or phone numbers to appeal my case to them.

Any advises to redeem this situation will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.
Talk2melas

i will suggest you also start packaging another application to be sent while waiting on positive response from WES...

Ok thanks Canadian mum, but I didn't use any representative even unpaid one I just only indicated her address as contact address. Hope I won't b asked to fill a representative form. I used ups dis morning . Thanks and do reply me my very own Canadian mum.

Hello everyone,

Congratulations to those of us in this forum that have already had cic good news to share, may the good news continue in Jesus name. Amen. For those of us waiting for cic good news, may it come speedily in Jesus name. Amen.

Please I'd like to know how an application received by cic under the federal skilled worker program on 31st December 2014 will be assessed. Will it be assessed under the current law or under the expression of interest law?

Urgent reply needed please.
Cheers

FSW scheme runs exactly for year one from May 2014 till April 2015 in this case. It will run concurrently with EOI scheme as from January 1st 2015. Those whose NOCs have not reached 1000 cap can still apply on December 31st 2014 and beyond. For applicants whose occupations are capped, they will have to consider EoI. However if FSW receives a total of 25,000 complete applications, the program ends even if it is not yet April 2015. Cheers.

No iooo..
Fsw2014 will run till Dec 31, 2014. Applications received by Dec 31st will be treated by cic as a 2014 fswp. But from Jan 2015 EOI will kick off.
I read this somewhere on cic website before, except it has changed

Hello oscartan, perhaps you did not understand what you read. FSW 2014 is gazetted to end in April 2015 like previous editions of the programme. It runs in one year cycles or till total cap is reached. All those who apply in eligible NOCS which are not capped by April 2015 will be considered under FSW 2014 cycle just as all those who applied in 2014 but before May 1 2014 were considered under FSW 2013. A good example is our forum senior and fellow naija, kollins.

Some people are celebrating PER, while others are waiting for application fee encashed. Diariz God O!

Does anyone know if our google spreadsheet is real time? For instance, those who submitted their application on 23/05/2014 have updated that their fee has been collected by cic. I want to know if it is actually real-time or there is some period of time difference before one notices that his money has been collected.
