i guess its the discretion of the assessment as regards final judgement after all..

Hi, what acknowledgement are you referring to? There are many stages of processing when your file gets to AVO, please be more specific and also read backwards on this thread to understand what goes on behind the scenes. Cheers.

Hi dear NOC mate, evidence of been a signatory to the account from the bank will aid the visa officer know dt u also hv access to d funds. Though , Senior PH has already answered. For d 50% POF, I cant remember d forumite coming back to tell us how it went after dt mail from AVO. Let us hope, he/she scaled thru at last too.

Hi, if the PA is a signatory to the spouse's account and he can prove this with a letter from the bank that he has control/access to the funds, it is acceptable. But usually, AVo accepts funds in either PA or spouse's account, in whatever ratio. Cheers.

Visa Issued - 26th June, 2015
Pickup mail - 2nd July, 2015
Passport delivered to my Lagos Address (DHL) - 8th July, 2015

The documents will finally get to me in the US on the 13th July, 2015.

For all those expecting one update or the other, it shall end in praise for y'all too in sha Allah

It was our MR!
My eardrums nearly broke when I told my wife over the phone......the scream was escatic.
