no you do not need a C of O. the receipt, survey and a deed of assignment is sufficient to proof your prior ownership of the land. also ensure you have a deed of assignment evidencing the sale.

If the Principal Applicant presented the spouse's account of Fixed Deposits as POF to CIO. And if the Principal Applicant is a signatory to the spouse's account? And the PA does not have any 50% of the POF in his/her account.
What is the situation in that regard?

Hi dear NOC mate, evidence of been a signatory to the account from the bank will aid the visa officer know dt u also hv access to d funds. Though , Senior PH has already answered. For d 50% POF, I cant remember d forumite coming back to tell us how it went after dt mail from AVO. Let us hope, he/she scaled thru at last too.
