That is an intelligent question. Even If your 4 NOCs are listed on the 50 eligible occupations, you will get 9 points for your primary NOC because it meets the minimum one full continuous year required for eligibility. But if you have an NOC job title that has more than 6 years within the past 10 years you get 15 full points for experience. Be strategic. the 6+ years NOC could have been between 2005 to 2012. There is no rule that says it must be your current job. In my case I started my University Lecturing Career in Feb 2004 and I submitted only one reference letter. If for instance I stopped lecturing 3 years ago, I can still claim my 15 full points for work experience for eligibility in my primary NOC.
