Please I got to know that a password(safe token) will be sent to my phone on every online transaction made on my master card before the transaction can be completed.Please I want to know if the same will be applicable if CIO wants to charge my account and if that is the case how will I send it to them.

Hi, this provision (OTP) is not applicable to international transactions in this class. All that is required is your signature (of consent) which you will provide on the fee payment form. Cheers

Happy new week to you all. I'm new to the forum & i want to apply for the 2014 FSW, kindly help with how to go about it? I haven't applied before this is my first time of trying and from all indications i think i came late. But still want to give it a shot. I met the 10yrs required work experience and i have the funds. What else do i do? where to start?
Pls your advice & suggestions will be highly appreciated.

In addition, please identify the NOC you are qualified to apply for asap...

If your past jobs in the last 10 years covers even 4 NOCs you have to fill everything. You have more than enough space for that, but you must indicate your primary NOC where necessary, and ensure that you have at least one full continuous year to earn eligibility. Canada will not assure that you will get a job in your declared NOC. You may end up doing something totally different from your NOC when you eventually land in Canada.

PS.: NOC 2253 is not one of the 50 eligible occupations of FSW2014...

Do you think I can achieve 15 point in this way?

Hi, you can claim the maximum work experience points for any work that is at Skill level A, B or 0. All you have to do is provide a copy of your employment letter for such job and get a reference letter for it in CIC format. It does not have to be an eligible NOC, just ensure it falls under any of the acceptable skill levels. You qualify with an eligible NOC and you get more points with other NOCs at required Skill levels. Cheers.

I think just like he mentioned and it stated aswell on CIC's website that 1 year continous employment...so your recent 1 year + employment will be good as your primary NOC...others can confirm so or otherwise

Not necessarily the last one year. But the Job title that has an eligible NOC must have been experienced by the applicant within the past 10 years. You might have the job experience of your intended NOC between 2008and 2009 and you are presently in an ineligible NOC. Canada just wants to know if you have at least a full continuous year or its part-time equivalent of the intended NOC irrespective of what year, but must fall within the past 10 years.
