Hi, the Head Office at Gbagada in Lagos opens on Saturdays but closes early.

Yes, that's the correct way. I placed mine in a mini envelope but didn't use a paper clip. I just placed everything carefully into the main application envelope and I got my PER. That's all

Yes oooo BabyBal ;D, I actually went to several bookshops looking for the 9" x 12" envelope but only got bigger ones. I then decided to use a 12" x 16" envelope to mail the application and I've got my PER.

Get your transcripts evaluated by WES...world education services, Canada and write d ielts general test exams asap. these are d two items that may delay ur submission.
