Thanks a lot, but please if i stay a cumulative of 2 years out of five years that my PR is issued to ensure I dont loose my PR status, what then happens to my wife if she stays the full 4 years as a dependant, will she qualify for citizenship or at the end of the 4 year period, what will her status be?

When she lands, she automatically becomes aPR holder too, so same laws apply to both of you. Just make sure either of you don't spend more than 3 years outside Canadian soil. Nothing happens to her status if she stays put in Canada for 4 years and u r absent for not more than 3yrs out of 5.

@guyman, you are the best.....so if I only stay two years out of four years, and she stays for the entire four year period , does that mean she will get a citizenship while i get a PR?......even though I am the primary applicant?...I am so sorry for the bother...I just need clarity....

please where can I get the FSW immigration laws on-line?.

Also if we send her document, do you have an idea of how much more time the process will take?...because I know that after MR, things normally move fast.

Congratulations. Just take the old and new passports with you when going for your medicals.

Then update AVO immediately after your medical.
