Our ECAS has been updated to Decision made yesterday (Sunday). We received our PPR on Thu (13-11) and submitted on Friday (14-11). Its strange seems like they work on Sunday now

Dear all i am still stuck in second line. Allah knows when will it move to next stage. in the mean time, my passport will expire within next 6-7 months and need to apply for new passport. so help me answer the following
1. should i notify SGVO about the new passport before i apply for the passport or after i apply & get new passport?
2. how should i notify them?

I have similar situation and wondering if people can give me some advice. My passport wont expire soon but my wife's and kids' passports will expire on october/november of 2015. Should I get them renewed now or wait till those passports are stamped by sgvo. I still have not got passport or medical request though...but preparing beforehand.

U dont need to send any query now....Just renew it....After getting new PP send a CSE to SGVO with the scanned copy of this PP....Ask them - if u need to do any additional action (usually it does not require....)

If u get MR before delivery then u will need to contact with SG . Besides u can do ur MR with ur spouse....Medical center will advise u to pause the medical for ur spouse....They will update her Medical status accordingly....

And after delivery u will need to send below docs and request for MR for ur new born child... SG will issue MR for ur child again....Then do medical for ur spouse and child ... .Thats it!!

And if u dont rcv ur MR now then ...normal process...Send the below docs....


1. Updated Additional Family Information IMM5406” FOR U AND SPOUSE.
2. 150 CAD bank draft
3. With a cover letter mentioning your new born child addition.
4. Child Birth Certificate
5. Passport.
6. updated Bank cert (+statement )
7. PHOTO-6 COPIES (WITH FIVE COPIES WRITTEN WITH NAME+DOB+Photo taken date )
8. Generic Application form

Thanks a lot for your reply. Just one more question. How long I have to keep the fund in my account ? is it OK if I deposit the required amount and keep them for 7 days and then take the Bank certificate and Statement.

It is alws recommend to keep the balance until visa stamping......

But if u have nay issue to keep the balance then u may proceed with the above mentioned .....

I have not seen a single applicant whom have fallen on bigger issues for POF....
