Yes, Medical payment receipts is more than good enough. Even you did not provide the receipts, it will be updated - I have seen it.

Ashif bhai, just adding my observation. I got my MR, but still unable to register for CIIP. In the MR email, they ask us to register for CIIP by going to the newcomersuccess site, but that site seems to be dead

Yes...we have already sent our passports on the 13th. In VFS tracking it says file has been transfered to SGVO

Nope no idea...but we asked the VFS people and they said "usually" it takes 30days. Only exceptionally few passports arrived earlier...so I'm guessing a month

Congrats!!!!! Same day same time they sent MR for noc 2132. I have received my one also the same time.
