Hi! Just wanted to ask what is stated in the AOR email.. we did receive an email from SG VO but mentioned the date when the application was received in CIC.

I have received passport request dated 12 Aug'13 and submitted accordingly dated 18 Aug'13. And as per Tracking number I have seen in online that Singapore office received my (also dependents) passports as on 22 Aug'13. Now is there anyone can advice me, how long it takes to get back my passports with VISA's.

Ok got my AOR, exactly 37 days after my PER. Welcome soniashoeb to this SG forum, Others welcome too.

The AOR mail is very standard one, it will mention the date the file was received in CIO, Sydney. What u recd. is the same as I what recd. No worries. But then NDVO, mentions 10 months as processing time.No such thing from SGVO.
