I am actually a foreigner in Singapore - my wife and I spent about 1-2 years overseas after our 18th birthday - that's why we submitted the PCC for that country only - not Singapore. You are Singaporean?

They dont give out 1st aor any more (from CIO)..PER will be your 1st aor..the 2nd aor is from our VO - nothing specific/useful in the AOR email tho
