I am Imtiaz Ahmed and i am new in this forum. I need to know something. I applied under NOC: 1112 and my file reached 27th May 2013. Today is 10th September and still i didn't received any mail from CIC. What does it mean that the quota is fulfill or they are still processing the May last week file. Pls If anybody knows anything reply me..

You should have received sort of communication from CIC. Did you write any query email to them. Usually they reply within 3 weeks. If you didn't contact CIC yet I strongly advice to contact them soon (either email or phone).

Fact:

1. When i applied for 1112, my present address was Qatar and mailing address was Singapore.
2. I received my PER on July End and AOR on Aug end.
3. NOW, i am living in Canada (resignrped from emplueer & left Qatar early this month and started my MBA in Canada).


Questions:

1. Should in inform my status change (address, empluyment etc) by case specific enquiry?
2. My chosen visa office was/is Singapore. Will that be changed now?
3. CAN I STILL request my visa office to keep my mailing address as Singapore (I prefer) instead of my present address of Canada?

You should report SGVO about the address & employment change . As you already got the AOR, no matter where are you now your VO won't be changed.
