You should report SGVO about the address & employment change . As you already got the AOR, no matter where are you now your VO won't be changed.

I am new to this group. Already I applied for QSW last year (sep,2012). that time my NOC was not included (2174). After I forget to check may 2013 new NOC. so already cap filled for this year. My question is anyone know in may 2014 my noc will be available?

I dont think so... CIC promised that it will be less than 1 year. Seems we will get MR by end of october or early september.

sorry to interept.. I dont want to discourage anyone but the thing is dont rely on promises or on processing times.. in July 11 CIC also promised that it will complete all MI3 cases within 6-12 months.. but you can see many of them are still waiting despite 18-20 months of processing time.. so jusy pray to GOD.and thing positive... I pray that u people including my fellow MI3 soon get ur desired Maple leaf stamp on your passports.

Seems like many MI-3 applicants from SGVO are still waiting for MR.
