Sorry the question was not meant for you
sorry about that

Thanks very much Klmy for the reply. I understand that officers are working on a work-to-rule basis since they are no longer on strike but applications process time has gone super high. The process time used to be 15 Months for the people in my category but that number has just been shifted up to 40 Months due to the backlog the strike has caused!!! Not good!! :(

Source please for 40 months process? I hope they will stick on their promise that FSWP 2013 process time is less than 12 months.

The system doesn't allow me to post links. Please go to cic home page and select processing time. The check different application categories to know the time.
Even if the strike ends soon,as all signs show, the backlog is now considerably big. They will need time to clear matters up before they can process applications as normal as it used to be. I hope Singapore is not going to be that much affected.

Have you received a new file number or the same file number like PER's?

And what did they confirm the date of receipt? I thought it should be 27 Aug but they confirmed the date is 10 May. I am a little confused....

From the main forum I have seen that they mention the date they received the application. So don't worry.
My question is, Does SGVO mentions the processing time in their AOR. Main forum NDVO applicants are receiving their AOR mentioning 10 months processing time.

Those who got your AOR , Pls update on this point. Thanks.

No exact time frame given (i.e. 10 months, etc) for processing times on AOR, they just indicated the link on CIC website to check the processing times for SG
