Lost my hopes completely on Canada with recent CIC update. 93/300 apps received and charged just by mid of June . I never thought 2132 is such a hot NOC.

Do you think I still have chances to have my application accepted ?

These 93 count belongs to applications received till mid june not till date. Unfortunately there more chances of cap getting filled by July end. Even I am worried whether I fall in cap or not as my application reached on 8/23/2013

Dear all,
Please help me with an advice regarding the following situation: I was a mechanical engineer for one year (2009 – 2010) and based on that i want to emigrate under NOC 2132. I have the letter of recommendation from my former employer for one year of experience which is enough to make the 67 points. After that I have worked as an SAP Consultant (2010 – present) but this experience is not relevant for NOC 2132.

Question: Is it ok to submit only the letter of reference from mechanical engineering ? on the document checklist file, at the work experience they specify they need letters of recommendation from ALL THE EMPLOYERS for the last 10 years. Having the rest of the experience different from NOC 2132 I hope will not cause problems.

If you wish to apply under 2132 your current experience has to be on 2132

how you know that the current status is uptill June 2013, it is not mentioned anywhere .

Moreover, if anybody from July applicants NOC 2132 has got his application reviewed and approved, please respond or any body here applied in June and got approval of application. This will help to decide which month applications are in progress now.

They will not mention anywhere in the website but currently money is deducted for applicants of mid June and they got PER. By this we can say that number 93 for NOC 2132 update is until mid June applicants. If you are a July applicants no need to panic unless you are some August/ September applicant. Please add your details in the spreadsheet. Cheers

CIC is processing June applicants now. It make take 2-3 more weeks to start processing July applicants.

That was done yesterday night. The +1(888)... number does not work if calling from outside Canada. How should I contact them?
