Looking at the way 2132 is moving I think applicants by mid August had chances to fall within Cap.

These 93 count belongs to applications received till mid june not till date. Unfortunately there more chances of cap getting filled by July end. Even I am worried whether I fall in cap or not as my application reached on 8/23/2013

Lost my hopes completely on Canada with recent CIC update. 93/300 apps received and charged just by mid of June :( :(. I never thought 2132 is such a hot NOC.

@jigzyy MH_UK is added in 2132 instead of 2131. Please make changes :)

Chances seems bright until July applicants. For us its entire luck and fate. I am praying every day :(

Yes we can apply but we need a job offer from a Canadian employer. There is no cap limit for that. It is independent of the cap.
