Buddy if you go through the excel sheet, you will find that not everyone is getting call. In some cases the background check takes a lot of time. Some of the senior members of our forum got their dream visas after years. Waiting with faith is all you will need in order to keep going in this process. Stay put mate.

Hello...I've been a silent observer for past couple of weeks. I've applied in May'14 and app reached on 21st May. I was going through the checklist again to overcome insecurity that i might have missed something. It says we need to submit reference letters from all employers in past 10 years. But i have sent only for the relevant duration i.e. for present company and past 2 companies (Almost 4 years exp when combined) out of a total of 5 companies i have worked with. Is it going to get me rejected ? My self counted points, even if i consider only 1 year of experience, are 67. Seniors kindly advise.

If you are not claiming work points for the experience for which you haven't submitted reference letters then it's going to be fine.

Just an update here.

I am now able to see my status on CIC online.

It says: ‘In Progress’.
Application was received May 13th 2014.
PER received via email on August 26th 2014.

I got a verification yesterday in afternoon in office landline and they also called mwe when i was in plant and i missed their call as i came to know when i called back at same no. it was call from NDVO. Then receptionist from ndvo told me that the peraon will call u back .

just want to know if somebody experienced this or gone through such case. will they call back and or i shoukd drop them email.
