Hii all,

Guys please help me to take my decision, i could by maximum apply by 5th october under NOC 2131 ( Civil Engineer). Is it worth trying, will i be able to find a place within the cap, i dont want to take all this pain if i am unassure of making within the cap. I guess there are many experts on this forum who can advice me on this matter. Any kind of help in this matter will do me a lot of good. I am a bit stressed and cant take a final decision. Hopefully by help of you guys i could make a decision asap.

You mean that the university is not reflecting in the list on WES site?? Or you received a mail that your university is not recognized from WES?? This is because, if UK recogmizes your university and gives you an admission for masters, then WES surely will recognize. I have a friend whose university was not listed on the WES site, he still sent his documents and got a positive verification from them...

Yes brother i havnt applied yet just in confusion , I got 2 degrees Masters from UK which is in WES list and another BS from pakistani university which is not in WES list. waiting for ur swift response

Go ahead with WES. And FYI immigration will consider only your Master's when processing your application. It doesnt matter if bachelor's is from non recognized.
But i assume your Bachelor's will also be recognized thats why UK university gave you admission.
So dont worry about it.

thanks bro , my bachelors is definitely from a recognized university but as far as Pakistanis universities are concerned WES only recognizes State or Govt universities that's the worry for me , so you suggest me to send both Masters degree directly from UK and bachelors from here , what if i send all in one envelop and send them all from UK as my UK University asked me to send the seal envelop by yourself through courier in order to save time , if i send scan copies of my Bachelors to my UK friend and ask them to send all in one envelop?

Hi, when u r 100% ready with all documents etc, at that you need to check gap in cap filing. i understand it seems cumbersum but thats the appropriate way.

I agree with ramgarhia... The WES website says that your university might not be in this list, but if it is recognized in your country, they will consider it positively. I dont remember the words exactly, but that line encouraged my friend to send his documents, as he knew that his university is recognized in India, so WES is likely to accept it... still I suggest send both your documents to WES, they will consider your masters for sure...

2.PCC
3.RPRF
4.FBI clerance for me

Can I send now the remaining except FBI because I think my FBI clearance will be late will take more than 45 days in my case.
Any help

I suggest you wait for a while, send your documents 5 days before the deadline... Wait for your FBI certificate. If you get it on time, send it along with your medicals... If you dont get it on time, then send the balance documents with a cover letter explaining your FBI situation. Also send some proof of your application of FBI certificate...

My friend, you are in the cap. dont worry, just complete your file and post it to CIO. Rest leave it to GOD... The update you see on CIC site is only indicating applications till 14th May, that is for sure... but after the initial load of applications, the files received by CIO has declined considerably... so even if you consider 3 applications for Civil Engineers reaching CIO on each working day, the cap will reach around 375... ;D

It takes nearly 1-1.5 months.
You can ask the bank to issue certified cheque or even you can use credit card as well (I have used Credit card).
Last one is just check your details before sending your Fingerprints.

I completed my Medicals today. And they said they will upload one copy in 48 hrs and provided me E medicals copy Which I need to send .
It took 2hrs for me,wife and my daughter.

How to send my copy of Medicals.? Courier? I will be taking a xerox copy of my medicals and planning to send original.
I got PCC will take 10 days time.

I am planning to get FBI clearance report which they requested for me..?

Do you think I need to wait for PCC and FBI clearance or can I send Medicals and rprf this week and send the PCC and FBI once I get in hand..?

I have not found much documentation online in terms of time frames and steps.

When did you apply in 2013 for FSW?
When did you receive the PER – Positive Eligibility Review?
What happened next and how long did it take?
How long after PER did they request other stuff?

I just received PER so was wondering what next and how long.

Hi friends,

Its bad news for me... Today i got my refusal letter from CHC and two years ban.

They think that i had mis-represented my Docs. But each and everything was 101% genuine. Just because of silly mistakes by my colleagues i lost everything today.

Regarding their concerns i had provided them more than enough docs which clearly shows that i was genuine. Even an un edcuated person can judge that i was genuine.........#####But Still#####.

Not a Fair Decision NVDO. Tough to accept.

Can anyone suggest if i make a appeal in Federal Court how much the cost of the Lawyer ( any approximations) or any one who faced this thing before.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

It's better to send the remaining documents as early as possible
then they will start work with other PCC s (Security clearance and medical check)
once you obtained your FBI clearance form then you can send tthem.
the same thing happened tome, I have Japan PCC, South Korea PCC but for Indian PCC it took time as I am in Korea and it took 45 days.

Thanks for your inputs. I will wait and see as you mentioned.
what is some proof of your application of FBI certificate...?

Moreover, If you think that it will (FBI) take more time than you expected
better to request NDVO for time extension by providing
application of FBI certificates and some pay proofs etc.
In my case I had shown pay profs and the application form from Indian embassy
Subsequent to that they have given me another 30 days of extension.
