Application sent on 1st July 2013
Application received at CIO 8th July 2013
File number received on 7th Oct 2013
File reached to delhi mail 6th Nov 2013
Processing start on 30th Dec 2013
BG check on 14th Feb 2014

Till date no further response

1. NOC: 3212, application posted on April 14 2014, well the package received on 22-04-2014 (as mentioned in the courier service email) , and it was in time of the closing date which is 30 Apr 2014. I'm sure i am sure i'm within the cap.
2. what if my application is returned will there be any letter/email from the cic.
3. will the fee paid (D.D)be cashed only if the application is full and accepted by the CIC.
please do answer my questions for now i got some more coming.

1. Im sure you will be in the cap.
2. No there is no intimation and there is no timeline for file return. For some it returned within 2 months and for some in 4 months also.
3. Yes only if the find your documents complete, properly filled and hets accepted only then will the DD will be cashed.

If your category falls in FSW2014, You better start preparing your file again, try to arrange for another original copy of IELTS first, most difficult part as notified by some. Try to brainstorm what could have gone wrong.

Has anyone paid Right of Permanent Residence Fees to London Visa Office online as HPM payments and attach its receipt with the documents?
I am still a bit confused as the website (http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/fees-frais.aspx) gives no information about acceptability of online payments.

Pay RPRF online by credit card, then print the receipt which will be emailed to you, fill your details on the receipt, scan it and then email it to London VO. Hope this helps.
