My sincere thanks to all the forum members who helped me at all times with their advice.

In my Medical Request I have received the Medical forms IMM1017 for all family members. Is there anything else also that is sent along with it. I mean list of DMP's etc and Passport request. Or is it sent in a separate mail????

Experts please reply.

Thanks for the info gangsta... i have been surfing about it, and i also came to the same conclusion. NDVO has done this to many recent applicants. Dont know what that signifies... hope all is for good...

I agree Ramgarhia... its been three months flat and three lines are added to my ECAS... It just feels too good to be true and gives me the creeps... ???

Congratulations Subodh. No they dont send anything else. There will be an attachment in your first mail that will inform you of your submission list, For eg. 1) medicals for all applicants
2) RPRF for all applicants.
3) original passport
etc.

That form you will have to take a print and attach to your courier back to NDVO. Apart from that the IMM 1017 will be kept by a DMP. In lieu of that, they will provide you with a e-medical form, which you will have to send back to NDVO...

Though i have not paid it online, i think you need to take a print of that slip and write your information like file number and UCI and purpose of the payment etc in the relavent field and then send it to your VO...

But the problem is that on London visa office website it is written that they do not accept credit or debit cards and you have to make payment by bank draft, bank cheque or postal order to the visa office in London

Dont worry they accept it now. I did the same and visa officer confirmed receipt of payment. I have already had my ppr after the payment. So go ahead and after complete your details and send by email to your visa officer
