Hi Friends,

I am going to vfs office post lunch to submit my passports.
I have few queries:
1) I am going to ICICI bank to get the DD of Rs 57800 (28900X2). Please confirm the name in whose favor DD should be made.
2) DO I need to give a covering letter of fill any form in the vfs.
I sill be submitting following docs in vfs
a) Passports
b) RPRF draft
c) Medical examination acknowledgement
d) Request letter from NVDO


Please correct me if I need to submit any further document.

In favour of canadian high commission or receiver general of canada. what all you have quoted is fine

While sending our PP, if an applicant has 2 passports (old and new) do we need to send both to NDVO or only the new passport is sufficient?

Kindly confirm urgently

you have to send both passports together. Do not leave out the old one.

try n get something from your company on official letter head explaining you need to be back by so n so date for business/official purposes..

Please send out the old one as well and mention that in the Covering letter. Have you mentioned the details of your old passport in the application forms?

But the initial application didnt have a column to ask for details of old passport details.

i exactly dont remember if i attached a copy of my old passport ::(((

I had a similar situation and I had sent only the new one.... Did not have any communication/objection from NDVO regarding that so far...I had also verified with my consultant (David Cohen) before sending only the new one...

I have raised an online query to NDVO. lets c what their response is.

I wanted this query clarified because the old passport carries US visa and single entry visa for canada from my previous years. thats y i got this doubt all of a sudden after sending all the documents 10 days back (
