No rallbandi, that is not necessary. Her IELTS will help to increase the score but her but her ECA won't unless she has Canadian education. Under the adaptability factor points for spouse can be claimed either for her work experience in Canada or if she has Canadian educational credentials. Keep all the documents ready while you guys complete and get IELTS scores. The day you get the scores, send the package to CIC.

What If My Name is not included in Birth Certificate. Only my father and mother names are included in that .
Is it ok to have Affidvate from Lawyer ..? and Declaration from My father...?

You have to make an affidavit and attach the ditto translated BC to it (if not in English). In this sworn affidavit the attorney states that the attached BC is yours and the translation is true. Then you may have to make a second affidavit that shall say that although you don't have your birth (first) name on the BC, you have been using xxx as the first name on all the official records. Similarly, if you spouse's first name has changed after marriage you may consider having an affidavit for it. Have all these Affidavit made on a stamp paper (the continued draft of the affidavit can come on the green color legal paper).

Friends,Today I received my Passports with beautiful PR visas and COPR.
They have also returned my IELTS score card, PCC, College transcripts and marriage certificate.

Very happy to reach the final destination of the visa process.

I am landing at Toronto on 20th Feb by British Airways flight from Mumbai.

Got a good deal with tickets and buying the 14000 CAD.

I wish and pray that all my friends in this forum and outside who has applied for PR, will get it soon and reach their dreamland to party with me.

I will share my landing experience very soon.
I might be away for a week due to preparations for departing on 20th Feb.

Anybody who needs my help is most welcome to mail me.

Hi Guys, By GOD's grace & Family blessings we are Very happy to say that Yesterday we received our passports back with Visa & COPR, In ECAS my status changed to DM on 8th Feb and visa issue date is 4th Feb.

I sincerely thanks the Thread Author, Seniors & the admins of the forum who through a light to all applicants. This forum is giving a great visibility of Visa processing timeline across the Globe than any other consultant. I wish all good luck to remaining forum members for a quick DM & Visa.

When was the latest PER received?
I feel CIO Sydney has slowed down the process or may be it seems so due to less applicants in recent months.

btw I am 30 July, 2013 applicant but have not received PER yet.I send CIO query only to get reply that application is awaiting review ?

can anybody help me in this predicament or atleast put forward some plausible reason for such delay.

Also can CAIPS notes help me? ???

I am applying for NOC- 2146. I paid the payment send my ECA on Saturday (8th Feb) . Assuming my ECA report will be back in 1 week. After that what things I need to to do..?

But mean while I need to travel abroad next month. Can any one suggest me what I need to do before I travel next month.
What I am looking is like what all thinga do I need to Do filling the form, Police clearance..etc something like this

first read instruction guide http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp and checklist http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf everything you need is written there....
among the other things you will need birth certificate,IELTS test report(give the IELTS exam as soon as possible),if you have time then make PCC from passport seva kendra otherwise it can be made after submitting the forms...get experience letter from your employer, collect proof of funds(FD,bank certficated etc).....fill all forms carefully....
