Unfortunately, I just received an email stating my application was returned on 12th Dec as cap for NOC 2147 reached. A detailed explanation is sent along with the package.

Can any one let me know what would the contents of the explanation letter sent by CIO with the returned application? . Will it provide date when the application was delivered and date when the Cap reached?
Please reply. Cz my consultant informed that my application was delivered on 17th June and he is not able to provide courier details confirming it.I know for sure that the cap for my noc did no reach before 17th June.your replies will help me sue my consultant and make my case strong.
Anyone from UAE who knows a good lawyer who can advice and take them to task, please PM me

Well, you really don't need to send a reference letter from your new employer as you have already been found eligbible and securing 67 or more points and also, your new job experience is less than 1 year, even with a refenrence letter, you are not going to get any extra point. You can send all documents you mentioned along with experience letter from previous company, updated Schedule A form, updated Schedule 3 form and change of address request. You should send all these documents under a cover letter. In cover letter, you can mentioned that you didn't request a reference letter from your your new employer because you are not claiming points for your new job and also you don't want to disclose your immigration plans to your new employer otherwise, it may risk your job security.

As you will be requesting for the change of address along with this update, so your application will proceed from Saudi Arabia with same Visa Office in London. I don't see any impact on the outcome or progressing of your application.

Hi all my dears n newbies too,

Back to the forum after a long long time. I have been moved to saudi arabia and gotta busy in new job.
Again need some help from some wonderful people here as I have changed the job and now i need to inform the visa office.
Its nearly impossible to get the reference letter from my new employer. What i have is offer letter, contract letter, job description and a salary slip.
Is that enough?
if I write expalanation letter to them what should i write in it?
how it will effect my immigration application as i have changed the country too though both countries have same visa office?
